Avocado Lime Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon minced shallot, or garlic
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 medium avocado, or 1/2 large
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, or avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Fine sea salt, to taste
