No, we’re no-commitment, order-as-you-go kind of service. We recognize your schedule changes and it can be stressful to feel locked into something. We’ll send you reminders for order deadlines each week, but you are in no way obligated to place an order.

Do Fit Five meals come frozen?

Absolutely not! Our fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals are always fresh, never frozen.

Where can I pick up my meals?

Is there a minimum order?

Not at all! Order as many or as few meals as you need for the week and take the guesswork out of your meal prep.

How do I pay?

Can I freeze my meals?

Can I make substitutions for some ingredients?

We do not offer substitutions at this time, but we do make sure to provide you with plenty of options and variety, so you can always find health-conscious meals to satisfy your tastes and dietary needs.

Which diet plan does Fit Five follow?

We don’t cater to any one specific diet plan, but our dieticians create our menus using nutrition science. We provide balanced, properly portioned meals made with seasonal, minimally-processed ingredients, and we give you all the numbers you need to make informed decisions—macros, calories, etc. So, whether you’re trying to bulk up or slim down, you can find Fit Five Meals that fit your life.
