Do you use the same menu every week?

We drop a NEW MENU every Thursday at 9 am. Providing you with a variety of well-balanced, tasty meals by rotating one of FIVE menus weekly.  Each meal is freshly prepared and sealed in Go-Green recycled containers. All meals have a refrigerated shelf life of 7-10 days, and you can also freeze the meals for up to 90 days.


Is Fit Five a subscription service?

No, we’re no-commitment, order-as-you-go kind of service. We recognize your schedule changes and it can be stressful to feel locked into something. We’ll send you reminders for order deadlines each week, but you are in no way obligated to place an order.

Do Fit Five meals come frozen?

Absolutely not! Our fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals are always fresh, never frozen.

Where can I pick up my meals?

We span most of Alabama, keep checking back—we’re adding new locations all the time! Click below to find a Fit Five location close to home, work, or school. Find a Pickup Location, Find a Grab ‘n Go Location.

Is there a minimum order?

Not at all! Order as many or as few meals as you need for the week and take the guesswork out of your meal prep.

How do I report a mistake on my order?

We do our best to ensure your order makes it on time with all of your items. We are human so things happen, but we want to know so we can make it right.
